Structural Mechanics and Materials Lab

Investigate stress-strain behavior, load-carrying capacity, and failure mechanisms of beams, columns, and trusses using universal testing machines and strain measurement systems.

Engineering Materials Lab

Evaluate physical and mechanical properties of cement, concrete, aggregates, and steel to ensure compliance with IS, ASTM, and other civil engineering material standards.

Transportation Engineering Lab

Test bitumen, asphalt, and aggregates for pavement design; analyze traffic characteristics and develop sustainable road and highway infrastructure solutions.

Geotechnical Engineering Lab

Determine soil classification, compaction, shear strength, and permeability to assess foundation suitability and earthwork stability for civil structures.

Environmental Engineering Lab

Analyze water and wastewater quality parameters—such as BOD, COD, pH, and TSS—to design treatment systems and protect public health and ecosystems.
