Biography

Hasan Ul Kabir Joy is a dedicated Civil Engineer with a strong foundation in both academic excellence and hands-on project experience. He completed his BSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from North South University (NSU), Bangladesh. He earned his MSc in Construction and Project Management from the University of South Wales (USW), United Kingdom.

HK JOY gained valuable international exposure through his work with Morgan Sindall, one of Europe’s leading construction firms based in London.Where he contributed to large-scale commercial and sustainable urban development projects across France, Portugal, and other parts of Europe... He also served as a Project Manager at Ultragrainate in Oxford Abingdon,  His professional expertise spans project planning, risk management, sustainable infrastructure, and the integration of eco-friendly construction practices. In Bangladesh, he has worked with BRAC C3ER as a Project Surveyor, contributing to impactful environmental and community-based initiatives.

Beyond his professional journey, HKJ has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to global engagement. He served as the Vice-Captain of the NSU Football Team, and was part of the Sub-Executive Body of the NSU YES Club. In 2019, he proudly represented Bangladesh at the Asia World Model United Nations (AWMUN) held in Bali, Indonesia.

HK JOY is also passionate about education and mentorship. He has served as a Guest Speaker and Lecturer at United International University (UIU) , where he shares his industry knowledge and practical insights with aspiring engineers. He is also a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), London.

HKJ aims to make meaningful contributions to the global construction industry while inspiring and empowering the next generation of engineers.With a deep passion for sustainable construction, smart building technologies, and effective project delivery.
