Biography

Passionate educator with over 14+ years of dedicated experience in the education sector, spanning multiple countries including India, Ethiopia, UK, and Bangladesh. Currently, I'm contributing as an Associate Professor at the World University of Bangladesh, focusing on Construction Engineering Management.
My research revolves around  sustainable construction materials, aiming to develop innovative, eco-friendly solutions in the field of Civil Engineering. Topics like the permeability of concrete, sand slurry & fly ash effects, and sustainable management practices are my forte.
I pride myself on creating immersive, experiential learning environments for my students, catering to graduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. My expertise in maintaining high standards of academic achievements, rigorous discipline, and fostering a nurturing classroom atmosphere has always been my strength.
My professional journey is highlighted by numerous awards and recognition, including certificates of appreciation from the University President and the Indian Embassy. I am also a prolific author with multiple books and research papers published in highly esteemed journals.

Beyond academic commitments, being actively involved as a key member of editorial boards and reviewer committees of several international journals enables me to stay at the forefront of cutting-edge research.
